Frequently asked questions
Do I need an entrance ticket?
No. Notre-Dame entry is currently free. Your guide handles the reserved access timing.
Why only Wednesday and Saturday?
Notre-Dame is closed to guided visits on Sundays due to church services, and we run a limited number of departures each month (8:30am, Wednesdays and Saturdays) to keep groups small. Book at least 2 weeks ahead, and note we're closed in August.
Is the tour in English?
Yes, entirely.
How many people are in the group?
The standard departure is capped at 19 guests. The semi-private tour guarantees 5 guests maximum. Both are led by one licensed guide-conférencier.
Can I book a private tour for just my group?
Yes. The private option is only for the guests on your booking — no one else joins. It is priced per person (from €179 per adult). There is no group-size limit: above 5 guests we organise extra guides with you.
How much does the Notre-Dame Reborn tour cost?
Prices per person: standard group €69 per adult, semi-private €119 per adult, private €179 per adult. Reduced youth prices apply to 6–17, and children 0–5 go free.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a full refund.
