Where do you pick us up?
At your hotel or apartment in central Paris, and we bring you back there at the end. You don't need the exact address when you book — we confirm the pickup 48 hours before.
Are child seats available?
Yes, free of charge. Ask for them when you book and tell us the children's ages.
What if it rains?
The tour goes ahead. The car keeps you dry between stops, and your guide shortens the walks and adds covered places such as passages and church interiors.
Is the tour accessible?
The car lets you see a lot with little walking, and every walk can be shortened or skipped. Tell us about any mobility needs when you book and we plan the stops around them.
How do I pay and can I cancel?
One secure card payment of the full price for your group when you book. Free changes or cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable because your guide and car are reserved.
Private transfers
Private transfers (airports, stations, Versailles, Disneyland) are quoted individually by email. No online price or payment.
