Route33 › FAQ

Everything you need to know

Booking, cancellations, meeting points, group size and more — clear answers before you book your Paris experience.

Is Route33 a legitimate company?
Yes. Route33 Travel is a registered French company — Route33 Travel SAS, SIREN 102 534 823, headquartered at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris. Every tour is led by a licensed guide-conférencier, the official guiding credential certified by the French Ministry of Culture. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How much do Route33 tours cost?
Most small-group tours run from €69 to €199 per adult, with a reduced youth rate and free entry for young children. Prices are shown up front on every tour page — 'From €X per person' — with a clear list of what's included, no hidden fees.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend it. Our tours run in small groups with limited reserved entry slots, and popular dates sell out — especially in spring and summer. Booking ahead guarantees your spot and time.
Are museum tickets included?
It depends on the tour. Each tour page has a clear 'What's included / not included' list. Most of our premium museum tours include entry; anything not included is stated up front.
What is your cancellation policy?
Every guided tour offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a full refund. The policy is shown on the tour page and again before you pay. No questions asked. Contact us anytime to reschedule instead.
Where do we meet?
Your exact meeting point is shown on the tour page and confirmed in your booking email, usually a short walk from the site entrance. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
How large are the groups?
Small by design — usually a maximum of 6 guests. You'll always hear your guide and be able to ask questions. Fully private options are available on request.
Are your guides licensed?
Yes. Your guide is a licensed Guide-Conférencier, the official credential certified by the French Ministry of Culture — the highest qualification for museum and heritage guides in France.
Is it suitable for families and kids?
Absolutely. We offer family-friendly experiences and can adapt the pace and content for children. Just let us know when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on eligible devices, through secure Stripe checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
What languages are the tours in?
Our tours are guided in English (and French on request).
